I got a couple of guys that could run half the entirety of a regular map on a single turn, flanking everything, gave them, mimetic, snapshot and in the zone, they were infiltrator scouts.Īnother had a lot of the abilities that give defense and HP, could take as much of a beating as any Assault, but would always hit.Ĭouple of squadsights with sentinel, everytime a pod was triggered they'd mow the enemies down before they had a chance to get to cover and the scouts would finish them off for free. With hidden potential you can get even crazier results. I like this option for a single-class playthrough, my last one was all snipers with this enabled. Its been plagued by Downtime in Hospital. Only have 1 Support, Keep loooking for a 2nd. The 2 Assault's have been leveling together with very different choices. Rather than comment what i think are good vs bad, just make up your own mind how you might have picked, knowing what you know. Probably the worse choices are the ones where both are good or both are bad, relatively speaking per class. I'm beginning to think a poor choice soldier is gonna be my MEC volunteer. The randomness makes the choices arresting.
